Work Your Pack Productions (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

1) No Shipping

Work Your Pack Productions does not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping charges, no carriers, and no delivery addresses required for your purchase.

2) How Digital Delivery Works

After checkout, your purchase is delivered digitally to the email address used at checkout (the email tied to your order). Delivery may include:

  • A confirmation email with access instructions

  • A direct download link (if applicable)

  • An account access / login link (if applicable)

3) Delivery Timing

Most orders are delivered immediately or within a few minutes of purchase.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to:

  • Payment verification or processing delays

  • Email provider delays

  • Spam/junk filtering

  • Typo in the email entered at checkout

If you don’t receive your delivery email within 30 minutes, check your spam/junk folders first.

5) Wrong Email Address Entered

If you entered the wrong email at checkout, contact us at info@workyourpack.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number (if available)

  • The correct email address you want the delivery sent to

If you didn’t receive access or you’re having trouble logging in, email info@workyourpack.com and include:

  • The product/course name

  • Your order number (if available)
